Which price applies to me?

Your account country decides it at checkout. We set a price per region rather than converting one number at whatever today's exchange rate happens to be. You are charged in your own currency, at a figure set deliberately.

What exactly is free?

The Basic plan, for ever, with no card. One contact form, 100 submissions a month, 100 CRM contacts, 100 invoices a month and 100 money-tracking entries a month. It is the whole product working end to end, not a crippled demo — the only difference on Pro is that the ceilings come off.

What happens when I hit a limit on Basic?

The monthly ones — submissions, invoices, money entries — reset on the 1st, and the app tells you which limit you reached and when it resets rather than just refusing. Contacts and forms are totals, so you either delete one or upgrade. Nothing you have already saved is ever taken away or hidden.

What happens to my form if I run out of submissions?

It shows visitors the same "not accepting messages at the moment" page a paused form shows, and stops collecting until the 1st. We do not show your customers a message about your billing, and we do not silently bin their enquiry either. You are told on your dashboard well before it happens.

What does "unlimited" mean on Pro?

Fair use: 10,000 submissions a month across up to 200 forms. That is far beyond what a small business sends, and it exists so the word means something. If you genuinely go past it we will talk to you about it — we do not switch anybody off without a conversation.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Only +Bot spends credits, and only when it has to send a message to a model. Your contact forms, your CRM and your invoices never touch them. When the pool runs out, extra AI messages draw on top-up credits at $0.01 each, and typed commands like E 500 Petrol, Cash, Fuel keep working for free.

Do unused AI credits roll over?

No. The allowance resets each billing month.

Is the free trial really free?

7 days of full Pro access, no card, no invoice. There is nothing to cancel: when it ends you move to the free Basic plan and keep everything you collected. We ask for payment details only if you decide you want Pro.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, at any renewal. Yearly works out at ten months for twelve; monthly keeps you flexible. Neither locks you into a longer commitment than the period you have paid for.

What counts as one "AI message"?

One thing you ask +Bot that a regular expression cannot read. "Make a bill for Acme for three days of design work" is one AI message. "E 500, Stationery, Cash, Office" is parsed by the software and costs nothing, however many times you type it.

Why do I have to use my own email server?

Because it is the only way your notifications and auto-replies arrive from your own domain, which is what keeps them out of the spam folder. It also means we can never be blocklisted for what somebody else's form sends, and you are never charged per email. Settings walks you through it — Gmail, Outlook, Brevo and any standard SMTP host are one dropdown away.

What about refunds?

The trial exists so you can decide before paying anything. If something still goes wrong after that, our refund policy sets out exactly where you stand.
