How long does it take to get a working form?
About a minute. You get one straight away  name, email, phone, message  with a link you can share and a line you can paste into your site. Everything about it is editable afterwards, on a form that is already collecting.
Do I need a website?
No. Every form is hosted here at its own address, so you can put the link in an Instagram bio, an email signature, a WhatsApp message or a QR code and start collecting today. If you do have a site, one script tag draws the same form inside your own page.
Why do I have to connect my own email?
Because it is the only way your notifications and auto-replies arrive from your own domain, which is what keeps them out of the spam folder. It also means you are never charged per email and we can never be blocklisted for what somebody else's form sends. Settings has a dropdown for Gmail, Outlook and Brevo, or any SMTP host you already use. Your submissions are saved and shown here whether or not the email is set up.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Every new account gets 7 days of full Pro access, no card required. When it ends you are moved to the free Basic plan rather than being cut off, so doing nothing costs nothing and loses nothing.
What do I get for free?
The Basic plan, for ever, with no card: one contact form, 100 submissions a month, 100 CRM contacts, 100 invoices a month and 100 money-tracking entries a month. It is the whole product working end to end. Pro takes the ceilings off; the pricing page lays both out side by side.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You drop to Basic, free, and carry on. Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden, and you are never locked out of enquiries you have already collected  the Basic ceilings simply start applying. That is deliberate: a trial that holds your own data hostage at the end is not a trial.
Will it work on my platform?
If your site can include a script tag, yes  WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, React, Next.js, Laravel, plain HTML and effectively everything else. If it will not run third-party scripts, there is an iframe snippet. If you want the form inside your own markup and styled with your own CSS, you can copy the raw HTML.
What stops spam without a CAPTCHA?
Three things a person never notices: a hidden field only a bot fills in, a floor on how fast the form can be completed, and two separate rate limits  one per form, one per visitor. Your customers never have to identify a traffic light, which is the reason CAPTCHAs cost you real enquiries.
Is the CRM, invoicing and money tracking really free?
Yes, on every plan including the free trial. No separate charge, no per-contact fee and no invoice limit. They come with it because they are the same customer at three different stages, and splitting one job across four subscriptions is somebody else's business model.
Do I have to learn commands to use the CRM and invoicing?
No. Every screen has normal buttons and forms. Typing is simply faster once you know it  in +Bot, the assistant in the corner of every screen once you sign in,

They should. You pick your country once in Settings and your currency, tax name and tax rate follow it  GST in India, Australia and Singapore, VAT across Europe and the Gulf, Sales Tax in the United States, and so on for every country we list. Indian accounts also get a state dropdown with the right GST codes. All of it can be changed by hand afterwards.
